Product Introduction

This product is a highly efficient liquid antiscalant formulation, designed to control scaling caused by carbonate, sulfate, and iron oxide precipitates in membrane separation systems. The use of this antiscalant can extend the system cleaning cycle, prolong membrane life, and reduce costs. It is suitable for various water sources. The product combines organic phosphonates and dispersive high polymer compounds to prevent hardness and iron oxide deposits. It has been widely applied in RO and NF (Nano Filtration) membrane plants.
The formation of inorganic deposits caused by high salinity and iron compounds in the feed water is the main reason for scaling and fouling in membrane separation systems. Controlling this phenomenon is essential to prevent deposits on the membrane surface and to avoid pressure differential increases that may cause membrane surface damage.

  1. Certified for “drinking water” use (ANSI/NSF Standard 60 certified).
  2. Effectively controls calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and strontium sulfate scaling, up to +2.5 LSI without causing scale formation.
