Product Introduction

In general, boiler water mostly uses soft water as make-up water. If hard water is used as make-up water, the M-alkalinity in the hard water will combine with hardness to form calcium carbonate precipitates. As a result, M-alkalinity cannot be concentrated to the standard range, and acidic corrosion easily occurs inside the boiler. Calcium carbonate, being an insoluble solid, adheres to the pipelines and forms scale.
These scales block boiler tubes, reduce heat transfer efficiency, waste energy, and in severe cases, overly thick scale causes local overheating and tube rupture. To solve the scaling problem, proper soft water treatment must be carried out, combined with internal boiler chemical treatment, in order to achieve the best maintenance effect.

Features

This agent can increase the pH value of feedwater, preventing silicate scale formation and acidic corrosion.
If scale has already formed in the boiler, using this agent will gradually soften and remove the scale.
This agent contains dispersants, which can disperse insoluble solids in boiler water, and further disperse sludge deposits in boiler tubes.
With excellent defoaming action, it can control steam carryover caused by high alkalinity in boiler water, ensuring good steam quality.
