This product is in liquid form and is supplied in plastic drums of 25 kg or 120 kg per drum.
In open circulation cooling systems, due to the concentration of dissolved salts, microbial growth, and the increase of water temperature and pH value, hard scale and sludge are easily formed in the cooling system. Scale originates from calcium, bicarbonates, sulfates, and silicates in the water. As these ions become concentrated to saturation and their solubility decreases, insoluble particles form and adhere to heat exchangers, producing scale.
Sludge is formed due to microbial growth, dust entering the cooling water, process contamination, and water turbidity. Both scale and deposited sludge can block cooling water radiators, filters, and pipelines, affecting heat exchange. Furthermore, they can generate oxygen concentration cells on metal surfaces, causing localized corrosion and shortening the service life of equipment.
