In open circulation cooling systems, during heat dissipation, water vapor evaporates, causing ions in the water to concentrate. At the same time, water temperature and pH value increase, leading calcium, bicarbonates, sulfates, and silicates in the water to reach supersaturation and reduce solubility. This results in the formation of insoluble fine particles that adhere to heat exchangers and, after accumulation, form scale.
For descaling in general cooling water, air conditioners, condensers, and pipelines, the use of hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid can easily cause hazards and corrosion. Our company therefore provides a highly safe descaling agent, which is easy to use and does not damage system materials.
